And do you all want to have some kind of theme colour? Like on that day, everyone's attire must have that colour (abit also can). Of course will choose a basic colour so everyone will have.
Anymore other comments/suggestions (like the one above) can tell us too[: But more importantly, we need to settle the date, time and venue yeah! For the date, probably 2nd-3rd week of holiday would be ideal. 1st week is usually more hectic and the last week people usually prepare for school reopen.
